10 Worst Real Estate Photos I’m always baffled when I see home listings in the MLS with few and/or bad photos. I’ve seen this at all price points whether it is a $200k home or a $750k home. I can’t understand why a home seller would let their listing agent get away with such shoddy work. With 92% of home buyers starting their search on the internet, having good photos/videos of the home is not an option...it is critical! My team uses a professional photographer to take 25-30 great photos of your home and then does a full, walk-thru video so home buyers--anywhere in the world--can see the layout of your home while sitting in front of their computer. This prevents what I call “false showings” where a buyer chose to see a house, only to turn around and leave within seconds of my opening it for viewing because the floor plan “didn’t meet their needs”. Don’t put up with any listing agent who doesn’t use professional photography and video ...you are paying the commission as the seller and you deserve the best!
