Cedar Park Council approves land use petition for horizontal mixed-use development
Cedar Park City Council approved a petition to consider amending the future land use plan designation on roughly 126 acres that are proposed to become a future mixed-use development on the eastern edge of the city. The concept plan for the development, called Indigo Ridge North, shows a hotel, 100,000 square feet of retail, 50,000 square feet of boutique office space, 270,000 feet of office space, 1,050 residential units, 120 high-rise residential units and around 50 acres of mixed-use with residential and non-residential options. Some are calling this development the “Mini Domain”.
