The national economy in 2019 will be solid, albeit not as robust as this year — though that shouldn't significantly slow Austin's economic roll. That's according to Wells Fargo Securities LLC Senior Economist and Director Sarah House. The Charlotte-based executive, who covers the U.S. macro economy, labor market, inflation trends and business investment, presented at the Austin Chamber of Commerce's Economic Outlook event.
