A massive distribution and logistics center could be coming to Pflugerville. The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission on Dec. 2 approved rezoning a 94-acre tract along the north side of Pecan Street and south of Wilbarger Creek to a planned unit development. A 3.8 million-square-foot distribution and logistics facility referred to as “Project Charm” is proposed for the property, city documents say. The Austin Business Journal is reporting that Amazon is building the distribution center.
