Following a strong 2019, Central Texas homebuilders can look forward to a reprise this year in the region’s housing market. That’s the outlook of Austin-area housing industry expert Eldon Rude, who for the 18th straight year delivered his annual housing forecast for the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin. “I don’t see anything getting in the way of another robust year for our economy,” said Rude, principal of 360° Real Estate Analytics, an Austin-based real estate consulting firm. “It’s going to be a huge year.”
