A panel of 110 economists and real estate experts were asked to share their predictions for 2020 in the Q4 2019 edition of the Zillow Home Price Expectations Survey. They evaluated home value growth in 25 large markets in the U.S. compared to the national average. Of the 14 markets that received a positive score, 11 are located in Texas or elsewhere in the Southeast and Southwest.
