The Austin metro set another record for home sales in 2019, finishing the year with 33,084 sales. That was a roughly 7% jump from 2018, according to the latest statistics from the Austin Board of Realtors, released Jan. 16. The area also had almost $13.2 billion in sales volume in 2019, another record and a jump of nearly 11% from the prior year.
