I’ve shared several articles over the past several months about how much Texas is benefitting from in migration the past several years. The map below clearly reflects this trend and it is for 7/2019 to 7/2020 which ended 6 months ago. And, we’ve only accelerated this movement since July 2020 so it will be interesting to see how the current fiscal year shapes up.
